MIL-PRF-55310 qualified, Q-Tech's military and avionics range are suitable for gun launched munitions and systems, smart munitions, instrumentation and navigation applications.

Space

Q-Tech military qualified oscillatorsAs the first company to use radiation hardened high-speed CMOS microcircuits in space qualified crystal oscillators, Q-Tech continues to produce oscillators that successfully survive total dose radiation levels over 1MRad(Si).

Q-Tech's space level oscillator range is available in flat pack/butterfly (FP), dual-in-line (DIP), transistor-outline (TO) and ceramic surface mount packages.

Q-Tech has developed robust specifications for oscillators including the 0401-00298-0001, General Specification for Hybrid Crystal Oscillators, Class S.

With more than 35 years in the space hybrid oscillator business Q-Tech is recognised as the supplier of choice for international space programs. Q-Tech’s B+ product line is a series of space clocks in a small form factor, as small as 5 x 7 mm and offering many configurations.
